THE NEW NOBLE™ – TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: July 8, 2025

Welcome to The New Noble™. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all websites, platforms, communities, courses, GPTs, applications, and services provided by The New Noble LLC and Lubomir Madjarov.

By using any part of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only access our content under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The New Noble™ platforms to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others
• Distribute unauthorized or copied content
• Impersonate or falsely represent affiliation
• Exploit, scrape, hack, or interfere with services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, coaching frameworks, card systems, breathwork sequences, brand marks, and materials (including the 7 Steps Success Formula®, The New Noble™ Oracle Deck, and GPTs) are proprietary intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without express written permission.

4. Memberships & Access

Tiered memberships and subscriptions provide access to different content levels. You agree to only access content licensed or subscribed to under your account. Shared or unauthorized access is prohibited.

5. Ambassador and Affiliate Use

If you participate in the Noble Ambassadors Program (NAP):

• You must follow the NAP Terms and Affiliate Agreement
• You agree to only promote truthfully and ethically
• You agree to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all public posts, links, and promotions
• You may not represent yourself as a legal agent of The New Noble LLC

We reserve the right to remove you from the NAP and terminate your account for any violation.

6. No Guarantees or Claims

We do not guarantee outcomes, income, healing, or transformations. Any testimonials are illustrative only. See our full Disclaimers page for legal clarity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted and your continued use constitutes agreement to the latest version.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal laws.
